If we decide not to disclose Personal Information, we will notify you of this without delay. We will charge a fee of 1,000 yen per 1 disclosure of Personal Information.

   • Cases where there is a risk of causing substantial hindrance to the proper execution of our company’s business
   • In other cases where it would be a violation of laws and regulations.
2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, information other than personal information, such as history information and characteristic information, will not be disclosed in principle.

Article 7 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)

1. If the Personal Information held by our company is incorrect, the User may request our company to correct, add or delete (Hereinafter referred to as “Correction, etc.”.) the Personal Information in accordance with the procedures prescribed by our company.
2. When our company receives a request from a User and determines that it is necessary to comply with the request, it shall correct the Personal Information concerned without delay.
3. Our company will notify the User without delay when it makes a Correction, etc. pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph or when it decides not to make a Correction, etc.

Article 8 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information, etc.)

1. Our company will carry out the necessary investigation without delay if requested by an Individual to stop using or delete Personal Information (Hereinafter referred to as “Suspension of Use, etc.”.) on the grounds that the Personal Information is being handled beyond the scope of the Purpose of Use or was acquired through wrongful means. The necessary investigation will be conducted without delay.
2. If we determine that it is necessary to comply with the request based on the results of the investigation in the preceding paragraph, we will suspend the use, etc. of the personal information concerned without delay.
3. Our company will notify the User without delay when it has implemented Suspension of Use, etc. in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph or when it has decided not to implement Suspension of Use, etc.
4. Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, in cases where Suspension of Use, etc. involves a large amount of costs or where it is difficult to implement Suspension of Use, etc., and where alternative measures necessary to protect the rights and interests of Users can be implemented, such alternative measures shall be implemented.

Article 9 (Amendment of Privacy Policy)

The contents of this Policy may be changed without notice to the User, except for matters otherwise stipulated in this Policy.
Unless otherwise specified by our company, the revised Privacy Policy shall take effect upon posting on this Website.
